The limited lyrics here are essentially a list of medical problems - including (but not limited to) difficulty sleeping, eyes bulging out, dry mouth, and a numb face. Fairly basic, at least considering its esoteric subject. The word delirium is potentially intimidating, however.

Fortunately for me, I have use for a mention of delirium. Eyes feeling like they will bleed also describes my reaction to seeing a tentacled face.
