Assessment of suitability for parodying

General

The song follows the same general trend as the rest of the album - simply telling a short, ambiguous, ordinary story about a guy trying to make a relationship work, and failing. The one thing that may make this album tricky is a tendency for lyrics to contain contradictories - like how this song says separation of lives and feelings is fine, yet says I need you here all the time. Weird.

Black Pearl crew-specific

Of the Bryan Adams songs I know, this one did me the most service. The title sounds like Davy not wanting his love to abandon him when you get right down to it, and indeed, the whole thing was not too hard to make work. But there are lines like I need you here all the time which do not sound quite like Jones, so even if there were any 8-fodder songs, we would not have one here.
