Good, not great. The song is generally workable and not too incomprehensible, but the mention of a Mercedes-Benz knocks the whole thing off balance (though it takes more than that to make a song 1-fodder). Thankfully, such extremely specific things for which there is no real rhyme are generally rare in the lyrics of most songs.
