General

Overall a pretty good choice for any parodist, being as simple and widely recognized as it is. It is at least 2 on the fodder ratings, and probably higher than that, as it was for me.

Black Pearl crew-specific

This song allowed one of my classic cases of turning a love song into a hate song, and the use of the word sinking provided something to work with. It is quite the opposite of the kind of love story I keep at my disposal, but there are no real obstacles either.
