It is not intrinsically clear what the song is about, at least not without the context of the time. All I can tell is that it has something to do with midnight.

No particular hooks to speak of. Consequently, the parody is not playing off the personality of the artist as much as its compatriots, nor does it have any Pirates of the Caribbean specificities. Coming up with something funny that could happen in that general kind of world had to be good enough.
