A fairly simple song, but with enough going on to tell a story - a general recipe for reasonable fodder. As for the content of the story, it is a bit of a downer. I called this an argument for changing the words - but, as always, with care taken not to go too far and come up with something callous.
Mostly a winner. There were a lot of things for pirates to recognize - stars, a bar stool, rainfall, pieces of things.
