Good perhaps, or fair, as the lyrics are pretty simple, though some words are difficult to rhyme, but it is certainly not awful fodder. It can easily be at least a 4-fodder.
I tend not to use the 5-fodder rating lightly, but so much of this album called for it, and this song is among the top-notch. It has goodbye to loved ones, violence on the rise, he mentions his soul, and then there is the sick and suffering.
