Assessment of suitability for parodying

General

This is a (comparatively) pretty easy and potentially very workable song, with not a ton of lyrics or polysyllabic words. It is the kind of song generally unlikely to be less than 3 fodder.

Black Pearl crew-specific

The relevance builds slowly but surely, as being Disney movie protagonists, the Crew have villains to deal with, and both villainy and the situation described in the song can be described as having nothing good to do. Even if he is saying he is not these things, the words crazy and criminal did not have to change. Not sensational, but there was definitely some fun to be had here.

Behind the scenes

My first two parodies of this song, Too Much Powder On His Hands and Too Much Crime to Our Land, were full of fan fiction, so I had to parody the song a third time to be understood by a general audience.
